We invite researchers and practioners from the fields of Computer
graphics, Graphics Design, Cognitive Psychology, Artificial
Intelligence and other related fields to submit papers in the
following categories:
- Full papers:
These will be comprehensive descriptions of original research or design work within the scope of the symposium. Full papers are limited to 8 pages in ACM SIG proceedings style.
- Short papers:
These will rather present tentative or preliminary results of research or design work within the scope of the symposium and with more emphasis on the interdisciplinary evaluation of these ideas. Short papers will also be included in the proceedings and are limited to 4 pages in ACM SIG proceedings style.
- System demonstrations:
These will be short descriptions of research or design work that the authors intend to show and discuss in a separate demo session at the symposium. A system description of up to 2 pages in ACM SIG proceedings style will be included in the proceedings.
Full and short papers will be considered for an additional
demonstration at the symposium, where applicable.
The symposium proceedings will be published by ACM press and the
submission format is the ACM SIG proceedings format. Color imagery
will be collected in a separate section for printing
economy. Grayscale images may be included in the text. Templates for
Word, Word Perfect and LaTeX can be found at http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html. Templates
for Frame Maker can be found at http://www.acm.org/sigs/sigchi/chipubform/,
where also the ACM copyright form can be found. This Form must be
signed by the Author and submitted in case of paper acceptance along
with a printout of the camera ready version of the paper to
