Unfortunately, the system does not have an English translation. For your convenience, the following instructions and a short demostrative video (that shows how to find the Smart Graphics registration forms), have been produced. Please follow the instructions strictly in order to complete a valid registration.
Please, use one form per attendee. Feel free to ask questions to the organizers (theron at usal.es).
At least one author of each paper must register. Registration covers all the conference sessions, proceedings, 3 lunches, coffee-breaks and all social events. Registration will be closed by May 26th.

*:A copy of the student card will be requested with the registration.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that his paper is included in the proceedings. This author must have registered before March 25th 2009. Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.
Cancellation policy: Only written cancellation will be taken into account. At least one author per paper should remain registered. Please note that 50 &euro as administrative charge will be retained for cancellation. No refund after May 11th, 2009.
The
Conference has reserved a number of rooms at reduced rates in several hotels
and a university residence at walking distance from the Conference Site. Please
note that May is an especially high tourist period in Salamanca, therefore
early booking is strongly recommended. Rates and availability will not be
guaranteed after April 27.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be
received in writing before May 12, 2009, after this date a fee equivalent
to the price of a room for one night will be charged.
PAYMENT: Payment should be
made directly at the hotel during your stay.
To secure your
accommodation you must provide a credit card number. Your credit card details will
be forwarded to the hotel prior to your arrival to secure your reservation, but
they will only be processed in the event of late cancellation or non arrival.
The reservations will be made through alacarta. They will
