This year's Smart Graphics will be hosted on site at the Banff Centre's mountain retreat and conference facility. Our all-inclusive conference registration package covers you for four nights, from your arrival on the evening of June 23rd to your departure on June 27. The package includes three meals a day, and private accommodation in Banff Centre's fully staffed hotel facility. Guests of the Banff Centre also enjoy the use of the Centre's athletic services and recreation facilities, easy access to mountain hikes and trails, and the opportunity to partake in the various cultural events that are held during the Banff Summer Arts Festival.

Each evening of our conference features a special event. Your conference registration package covers a banquet dinner, an evening of music and electronic art, and a closing reception in addition to several other social events held during the course of the conference.

Registration fees (including 4 nights accomodation at the Banff Centre, a full meal plan of 3 meals a day, and all conference social events):

Full Registration -- $1500 (CAD)
Student Registration -- $1000 (CAD)
Accompanying Person -- $350 (CAD)


Families and accompanying persons are welcome to come with you to Smart Graphics. An accompanying person's fee covers their shared hotel fee, all their meals, full access to the Banff Centre's recreational facilities, and access to the banquet dinner as well as all social events associated with the conference.
