Please note that we offer discounted rates (EUR 320 for professionals; EUR 240 for students) during the early-bird registration phase which ends on June 3rd. After that, regular rates apply (EUR 400 for professionals; EUR 320 for students).

Below you will find some recommendations. We arranged for special rates at “Hotel Munte am Stadtwald” as well as “ATLANTIC Hotel Universum”. Both are within walking distance of the conference venue. If you would like to make your reservation there, please use the keyword Smart Graphics. To reach these hotels (and the university), take tram line 6 from the main station or airport and get off at station “Universität NW1 – Science Centre”, then follow the street for about 200 meters. If you prefer to stay close to the main station and city centre you will find also a choice of hotels and a youth hostel. All mentioned rates include breakfast and VAT. Reservations at Hotel Munte and Hotel Universum should be done until July 3rd. After that date the discounted special rates cannot be guaranteed.
